Milan - A seminar on "The Russian Market: Opportunities for Italian Businesses in the Airport Infrastructure" will be held on 21 September at the Italian-Russian Chamber of Commerce in Milan. As the organizers remind, the Russian Federation, within the Civil Aviation Program and in view of the Fifa World Cup 2018, is developing an ambitious investment plan (USD 9 billion from 2015) to boost 42 new airports, promoting partnerships with foreign players in order to bridge the Russian know-how deficit. According to Federal Air Transport Agency data, the number of passengers served by the airports of Moscow Domodedovo, Sheremetyevo and Vnukovo in March 2017 increased by 16.4% compared to the previous year. It is therefore crucial to know the dynamics of this evolving market and to understand emerging needs. The seminar will provide a picture of the growing opportunities in the Russian market in aerospace technology and services. It will be also the opportunity to present the 2018 edition of Nais, Russia's only trade show dedicated to the aerospace infrastructure industry, which will give the opportunity to get in touch with over 90 key decision makers from major Russian airports.
