Internet: '.it' domain turns 30, Internet Festival begins in Pisa

Rome - From October 5 until October 8, Pisa will host the Internet Festival (IF2017), an initiative that takes stock of the digitization of contemporary society through accounts from the Internet and its protagonists. Now in its seventh edition, the Internet Festival has chosen the key word #sentiment, i.e. the analysis of sentiment, 'what the Web says about you'. The Research Area of Pisa of the National Research Council (CNR), which together with Anna Vaccarelli of the Institute of Informatics and Telematics (IIT-CNR) is part of the Scientific Committee of IF2017, will take part in the initiative with a special event for the 30th anniversary of the Italian '.it' domain. In addition to the IIT-CNR, the three-day event will be attended by the Institute of Clinical Physiology (IFC-CNR), the Institute of Information Science and Technology (ISTI-CNR) and the Registry '.it'. On October 5 (from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.), the event 'Listen, build, write, share' was held at the Lux cinema theater, organized by the Registry and the Institute of Informatics and Telematics. Four experts - Gianluca Diegoli, Alessandra Farabegoli, Enrico Marchetto and Matteo Flora - and four stages to build an effective digital marketing strategy for companies.
