(AGI) - Buenos Aires - A new appointment with Dante at the Italian Cultural Institute in Buenos Aires: Claudia Fernandez, professor of Italian Language at the Universidad de Buenos Aires and of Medieval Italian Literature at the Instituto Superior del Profesorado Joaquin V. Gonzalez, will be delivering a 'Lectura Dantis' lecture on two coming Thursdays this August. On Thursday, August 17, she will cover Canto XVI of Dantes Purgatory, in which he meets with the wrathful and Marco the Lombard and deals with the crisis in moral values and free will, while on August 24 she will talk about Canto XVII, which contains visions of punished wrath and deals with the rules of Purgatory, sin, and love. The initiative has been organized by the Jockey Club Argentino. (AGI)
