Sino-Europe Sports announces Mr. Fassone to be the CEO of AC Milan

Beijing, 11th August - Marco Fassone has been officially appointed by Sino-Europe
Sports as the representative of the team during the interim period, and will be the CEO
and Managing Director of A.C. Milan after the equity transfer is completed. Mr.
Fassone served before as Managing Director for F.C. Internazionale Milan, and was
earlier Managing Director of Calcio Napoli, and COO of F.C. Juventus. Mr. Fassone
already shared some insights with Sino-Europe Sports providing several suggestions
about the management of the team and the football culture in Italy.
Sino-Europe Sports believes that an experienced manager is crucial for the success of
the team, and this is particularly true for a giant like AC Milan. Mr. Fassone, after
proving himself among several Serie A giants, is the best candidate for this position.
