Kazakhstan: Nazarbayev in Poland for economic forum

(AGI) - Astana, Aug 22 - The President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev will arrive today to Poland for 2-day official visit. The Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Poland Altai Abibulayev noted that Kazakh-Polish cooperation increased significantly especially in the fields of economics, investments, innovation and transport. The ambassador also stressed that the shortest route from Asia to Europe was through Kazakhstan and Poland and that both sides were interested in opening direct air-flights. The Kazakh - Polish economic forum will take place during the forum with the participation of more 500 business leaders. (AGI) .
