(AGI) Jakarta, June 27 - The exhibition "4 Projects for Development", highlighting Italy's commitment to foreign development, opened in Jakarta. Development projects are an essential component of Italy's foreign policy. The exhibition features an agribusinesses project in Ethiopia, a project to improve coffee production and support small producers in Guatemala, an irrigation development programme in Kenya and a project to support women's education and empowerment in Senegal. The event was organised by the Italian embassy in the Indonesian capital with the Italian Institute of Culture and Agenzia Contrasto. It will run until the end of the year at the Italian Institute of Culture, displaying photos taken in 2015 by four well-known photographers from Agenzia Contrasto: Magnum Abbas, Jerome Sessini, Jean Gaumy and Stuart Franklin.
