Ducati CEO becomes Honorary Investor Advisor in Thailand

Bologna - Claudio Domenicali, Ducati Motor Holding CEO, was awarded an Honorary Investor Advisor (HIA) appointment within the Thai Government's Board of Investment (BOI) during an official event held at Bangkok's BOI, chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister, His Excellency Somkid Jatusripitak.

Mr Domenicali was accompanied by Gabriele Piaggio, Ducati Motor Thailand GM. At the meeting, which discussed the investment strategies implemented by foreign companies operating in Thailand, Claudio Domenicali was was officially certified for his new position of Honorary Investment Advisor of the Board. Later during the day, Mr. Domenicali and all HIA members paid a courtesy visit to His Excellency General Prayut Chan-o-Cha, Thailan's prime minister, at the Government Palace. "Ducati's vision to build a factory here in Thailand has been strategic to our global growth plans and the BOI's support has been invaluable," said Mr. Domenicali.
