Angola: Oil companies will discuss effects of the crisis

(AGI) - Luanda, Sept. 26 - Several oil and gas companies, services and travel flock on 13 of Oubtro in Luanda to looking for the strategies to overcome the effects of the current economic crisis in the country and grow in the Angolan market.Called "Business Travel Show", the event is organized by the company Travel Management Travelstore, of American Express Global Business Travel, and aims to bring together professionals from the world of business and corporate travel.Under the motto "Go Angola - Innovate to Thrive", the conference will provide a platform for discussions, and creating business partnerships, according to a note of the organization. Representatives of companies Chevron, Sonangol (satate oil & gas concessionary) and American Express are the speakers of the meeting. The Travelstore American Express Global Business Travel will present in forum indicators of trends and consumption patterns in business. The forum will address topics such as the challenges and current responses of the companies operating in the oil industry, both local and multinational. Angola lives an economic, financial and exchange rate crisis since late 2014 due to the oil price fall in the international market, which lowered the volume of state revenues by almost 50%.
